DLA-20 Online Training from MTM Services

Online Virtual Trainings are being offered in Montana for staff to become certified to administer the Daily Living Activities (DLA-20) Alcohol and Drug Tool.  Upon successful completion staff will be able to administer the DLA-20 with their clients. The trainings will be offered on two separate dates – June 9 and June 11 – from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.

Who Should Attend:

AMDD has required that the DLA-20 Alcohol and Drug Tool to be used for all Intensive Outpatient Program SUD Providers. Please register people from each agency for this training. You will also be able to identify a Train-the-Trainer candidate.

Anyone who will be administering the DLA-20 tool within their organization.  Additionally, anyone who is interested/selected to become a DLA-20 trainer for their organization is required to attend one of the trainings.

Train the Trainer Series:
Prerequisite: Online Virtual Initial 4 Hour DLA-20 Training. We will be offering a Train the Trainer Series throughout the months of June-August. Trainers will be selected by their organization.  Upon successful completion of training, the trainers will train new staff within the organization and assist in maintaining inter-rater reliability and validity of the DLA-20.

YOU MUST BE A STATE-APPROVED INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT SUD PROVIDER TO REGISTER.
