The Behavioral Health Alliance of Montana is pleased to announce the addition of Pat Noonan to our team, effective June 1, 2020. Pat assumes the role of advocacy and policy director, and will be focused on expanding our advocacy efforts, shaping policy, and will be active in many government affairs items that impact the behavioral health outcomes in Montana.
Pat brings a lot to the table, including experience serving four terms in the Montana House of Representatives and over 15 years of consulting work with clients in industries ranging from high tech to small business, healthcare to social services.
We look forward to the work Pat will accomplish with The Alliance on behalf of all Montanans.
