Position Requirements: An ideal candidate to fill this RN position will work with community partners, stakeholders, and the multidisciplinary team within the Crisis Receiving Center to coordinate client care and safety. The successful candidate will have experience in working with individuals with psychiatric diagnoses or symptoms, as well as knowledge in assessing and triaging, medication administration including injections, lab collection, supply inventory, and crisis management skills. Minimum Qualifications: • Active and Valid MT Registered Nurse License • Minimum of two years (2) related experience • Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment

Registered Nurse – Crisis Receiving Center
Full Time – 36 hours per week.
Night Shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Wage – $29.02 to $39.26 DOE/DOQ
$2,000 Sign On Bonus for New Full Time Employees

The Registered Nurse (RN) functions collaboratively as part of a 23-hour 59-minute Crisis Receiving Center (CRC). The CRC team is comprised of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This team addresses urgent behavioral health needs including but not limited to significant emotional dysregulation, disordered thought processes, substance use intoxication resulting in behavioral crisis, and environmentally destabilizing events that require multi-disciplinary crisis intervention. As the RN in the CRC, you will be responsible for utilizing triage skills, and providing ongoing assessment, crisis intervention, and clinical expertise to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The RN will provide compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care to individuals with the goal of stabilization at the least restrictive level of care and an emphasis on post-crisis growth.
