The Registered Nurse (RN) functions collaboratively as part of a 23-hour 59-minute Crisis Receiving Center (CRC). The CRC team is comprised of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This team addresses urgent behavioral health needs including but not limited to significant emotional dysregulation, disordered thought processes, substance use intoxication resulting in behavioral crisis, and environmentally destabilizing events that require multi-disciplinary crisis intervention. As the RN in the CRC, you will be responsible for utilizing triage skills, and providing ongoing assessment, crisis intervention, and clinical expertise to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The RN will provide compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care to individuals with the goal of stabilization at the least restrictive level of care and an emphasis on post-crisis growth.

Full time employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive employee benefits program that includes paid time off, health insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, a 403 (b) retirement account with a company match, and other voluntary coverage options.
