Description:
Duties: Includes providing outpatient therapy to adults and families, also consultation to other staff. Communicating and working with other agencies and organizations. Works as member of a multidisciplinary team and maintains complete clinical records on all clients. Performs emergency services both during and after normal work hours. Provides services to rural areas: Havre, Conrad, and Choteau via telepscyh. Conducts team evaluation and treatment planning for clients and case staffing. Maintains required paperwork for assigned clients. Development of treatment plans for families and individuals. Site eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Services Corporation for Licensed Therapists only.
