Full-time, Exempt, Great Falls or Helena

Duties: Clinical oversight for the delivery of evaluative, diagnostic and treatment services for Center clients. Oversees the clinical quality of the following programs and services, Outpatient Therapists, Operation Managers, VA Program, Adult Case Management, Adult Therapeutic Aides, Supported Employment, Peer Support, Crisis program, Client Registration Representatives and Rural Offices. Implement program needs and development in alignment with the Administrative Rules of Montana. Acts as the liaison in the community and the Center. Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with families, referral agencies and other community resources through appropriate organizational, written, and verbal skills. Works closely with the Operation Managers to participate with employee evaluations, conduct employee interviews and recommend new hires. May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours. This position reports to the Recovery Service Line Director. Site is eligible for National Health Service Corporation loan repayment program for Licensed Therapist.
