This position is responsible for:
Therapeutic Foster Care Recruitment.
Outreach and marketing of services.
Facilitating and Processing Referrals.
Partnership for Children introduces safe, predictable, nurturing adults into the lives of children who have experienced chronic lack of care or significant early childhood trauma. Our attachment approach creates a sense of security, connection, and belonging for children and their families. We operate two therapeutic group homes for young children who have experienced abuse, neglect, exposure to family violence and parental substance use, multiple placements outside of their birth families and/or homelessness. Partnership for Children offers In-home Support Services and Individual and Family Therapy to biological, kinship, guardianship or foster/adoptive families caring for children. We support caregivers to provide unconditional regard to these children’s learning to recognize and respond to the developmental needs underlying a child’s challenging behaviors. We also work to keep families together through a number of supportive services focused on healthy relationships and skill building.
