Clinical Director

Position Requirements: Qualifications: • LCSW or LCPC required with LAC license preferred • Must be licensed in the State of Montana • Master’s Degree • Minimum 8 years of job related experience • Minimum 5 years of people management/supervisory experience • Co-occurring treatment experience preferred • Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case by case basis. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Behaviors): Required for the first day of work • Expert knowledge in the management of clinical treatment programs and personnel practices. • Knowledge of business development and budgetary practices. • Excellent written and oral communication skills including public speaking. • Excellent critical thinking, sound judgement, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze and implement effective treatment strategies following facility policies and state laws, rules and regulations. • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others, fostering team based collaboration. • Ability to operate a personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete essential functions, including spreadsheets, word processing, database, email, internet, and other computer programs as required. • Knowledge of evidence based practices regarding clinical service delivery processes, workflow systems, reporting needs, training and quality assurance. • Knowledge of various accreditation standards. • Demonstrated experience and skills in executive presence, influencing, and relationship management and consulting to drive strategic growth and clinical outcomes. • Organizational skills and ability to function cooperatively to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
