The impact you will make:
This role directs and supervises the course of treatment for each client. The Clinical Director ensures the clinical integrity and compliance aspects of Partnership for Children clinical services, assures they are conducted in an ethical manner that is within the scope of licensure, and assures that treatment adheres to Intermountain’s standards and philosophy. The development of clinical skills of all Psychotherapists and Peer Support Specialist is a vital responsibility.
The Clinical Director role is responsible for:
*Planning, managing, and personnel development in order to meet the organization’s strategic focus and development of a healthy culture.
*Assuring all services carry out agency initiatives in a way that ensures clinical and fiscal outcomes. Exploring new regional programs or practices, training, and descriptions of Intermountain’s Developmental/Relational approach internally and to outside entities.
*Identifying qualitative changes in programs to assure adherence to best practices and national standards and serving as a public advocate for the ethical and effective clinical treatment of emotionally disturbed children and their families.
*Staying abreast of evolving regulations for all mental health services.
