The Chief Administrative Officer reports directly to the CEO and drives organization wide performance management initiatives to achieve strategic intent. The CAO works laterally across direct and indirect cost centers shaping policies, procedures, and infrastructure to optimize clinical and financial performance. Accordingly, this position drives a business culture based upon data, measurement, analysis, and execution in achieving strategic intent and driving timely solutions and innovation. The CAO works closely with the CFO and each cost center on budget development, routine oversight, and active management. In partnership with the Senior Leadership team, the CAO develops and communicates the strategic plan and assures the vision, mission, and values are integrated throughout the organization.
