Service Line Director – Intensive Programming
Full-time – Exempt – Great Falls/Helena
Duties: Assist with CARF Accreditation. Clinical oversight of PACT/MACT, CSCT, In-Home Services and Youth Case Management services. Member of the Clinical Director team to support and implement Center policies and decisions. Development and oversight of productivity and budget. Responsible for program development and expansion. Compliance of PACT/MACT, CSCT, In-Home Services and Youth Case Management MT Administrative Rules. Attend community partner meetings and participate in public relations duties. Develop training opportunities for direct care employees. Conducts employee evaluations, interviewing, hiring, terminations, administer performance improvement plans. Provides consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public as assigned. Maintains a clinical knowledge of electronic health record functions. Required to complete 20 hours of CEUs annually. May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours. Reports to Chief Clinical Officer. Travel is required.
