Youth Homes has the following position open: Youth Counselor – Overnight
This position is responsible for:
Working with youth ages 12 to 17
Awake night supervision of youth. Predominantly 10-hour shifts during “normal” sleeping hours
Meal preparation
Various office duties, cleaning and basic maintenance
Youth Homes provides a generous benefit package:
Annual Leave up to 80 hours per year
Bonus Leave at the rate of 16 hours for each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year. (WOW! Almost 5 weeks of vacation total)
Exceptional Leave (illness or injury) up to 96 hours per year

Health Insurance. Youth Homes pays 85% of employee’s premium.
