Family Care Therapist and Treatment Coordinator

Description:

Partnership for Children welcomes passion, compassion, and a desire to work with families and children.
Join our team as a Family Care Therapist and Treatment Coordinator

This full time, salaried position is located in Missoula, Montana and includes health insurance,
401(K), annual leave and great clinical supervision (toward licensure if needed.) Applicants must be licensed or a licensure candidate in the State of Montana.

Partnership for Children (PFC) works with families and children, many of whom are impacted by trauma,
poverty, and various social determinants of health, such as food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of
affordable childcare.  PFC’s trauma informed approach is based on asking, not what is wrong with you,
but what happened to you? The attachment framework puts relationships at the center of treatment and
creates a sense of security, connection, and belonging for children and their families.  PFC Family Care
services include targeted case management, outpatient therapy, in-home support, psychoeducation,
process groups, and community-based psychiatric rehabilitation. We also recruit, train, and support
therapeutic foster families. We support caregivers to provide unconditional regard to children and help
them to recognize and respond to the developmental needs underlying a child’s challenging behaviors.
